Hotel Policies
- Guests can check in using any one of the following original ID proofs - Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID. It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid Govt. photo identity proof at the time of check-in for accommodation purpose. PAN card will not be considered as valid ID proof for check-in purpose.
- Early check in & Late check-out facility is subject to availability and will be on chargeable basis.
- Couples over 18 years of age are welcome on Local/Outstation ID
- The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
- Right to the admission is reserved with the management. Accommodation can be denied to guests in case of misbehaviour, or on ground of safety & security reasons for hotel & other guests. Online site will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the Hotel due to any aforesaid reasons.
- Outside food is not allowed in the hotel premises.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
- Hookah usage is strictly not allowed inside the Hotel premises.
- Pets are allowed in our property on chargeable basis.
- Our standard check-in time is 13:00Hrs & check-out time is 11:00am.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking Cancellation policies may vary according to booking type. For online room bookings cancellation can be done 24Hrs prior to arrival date. Cancellation will not be considered within 24Hrs to arrival date & time & Retention charges will apply against the same. All No-Show will be Charged as per policy.
- For direct FIT bookings cancellation can be considered up to 07 days prior to the arrival date.
- In case of Group bookings (More than 10 Rooms & Banquet bookings) cancellation will be considered up to 02 months (60 Days) prior to the arrival / Function Date.
- Hotel will always try and settle all disputes (If any) amicably and fairly as we do not want to lose any of our valuable customer. In the unlikely event that Hotel is unable to do so, all dispute will only be fall under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts only.
